They had the opportunity to connect with the right people through our mobile application, identify who they wanted to meet with and request, manage and pre-schedule meetings before the Forum.

Attendees had the opportunity to select their Insight sessions via the app to gain access to the stellar programme to get the absolute most out of their time at the Forum.

How it worked

Attendees created an in-depth networking profile about their business and who they were looking to meet on the mobile app. Based on the business objectives added to their profile, the app identified other delegates with the same goals, and they could make requests to connect with them at the Forum.

Attendees selected who they wanted to meet and sent a specific meeting request. Matching time and availability of the invitee, the exact date, time, and meeting location could be viewed on the mobile app platform.

Before the Forum, a calendar of confirmed meetings were sent to the attendees. All meetings took place at GBF Connect at assigned tables. The dedicated team managed the pre-scheduled meetings on-site, confirmed all B2B meetings, and managed last-minute requests.
